Divya Council of Vocational Education Institute (DCVE Institute) was established on 22 January 2018 with the objective of providing quality education in the fields of Skill Development, Vocational Education, Yoga Education, Teacher Training, and Employment-Oriented Education. 

dcve institute ,ratangarh is a premier Institute and Center of Excellence in the field of entrepreneurship promotion and Human Resource Development. dcve  was established as the first state level institution for entrepreneurship developmentby the Government of rajasthan  with msme,niti aayog in 2018.The Certificates Awarded to Students after Completion of Courses are to empower Entrepreneurship Development / Skill Training and promote self Employment and the Institute is liable to issue Govt. Approved Certificates and is not subjected to ensure Employment/Job or any higher studies on the basis of Certificates.

The Head Office of the Institute is located at Ratangarh, District Churu, Rajasthan, India. Through its authorized Study Centres and Training Partners, DCVE Institute conducts Skill Development, Vocational Education, and Training Programmes across various states of India. The Institute is committed to making quality education accessible to all sections of society while empowering youth, women, and students with practical skills and professional competencies.

DCVE Institute offers a wide range of Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and other Skill-Based Programmes designed to meet the interests, abilities, and career aspirations of learners. The programmes include Yoga Education, Computer Education, Teacher Training (ECCE & NTT), Skill Development, Vocational Education, Library Science, Fire & Safety, and various Employment-Oriented Courses.

The Institute adopts a modern education system by integrating digital learning resources, recorded video lectures, online and offline classes, live doubt-clearing sessions, practical training, and continuous assessment to ensure quality and effective learning. Its objective is not only to award certificates but also to develop practical knowledge, technical competence, leadership qualities, and professional skills among learners.

DCVE Institute also promotes the concept of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Under this initiative, candidates possessing prior knowledge, skills, or work experience may be assessed in accordance with the Institute's prescribed standards, and eligible candidates may be awarded certification based on their demonstrated competencies.

To extend quality education and training throughout the country, the Institute operates its academic programmes through authorized Study Centres, Training Centres, Institutional Members (IMs), and Zonal Coordinators (ZCs), enabling learners to access quality education and skill training in their respective regions.

Students who successfully complete the prescribed course requirements are awarded certificates in accordance with the academic regulations of DCVE Institute. These programmes are designed to promote Skill Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Self-Employment, and Professional Competence. The Institute does not guarantee employment in Government or Private sectors.
